Q1. How does shipping and delivery work?

Orders typically ship within 72 hours. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details. For multiple items in one order, they may ship from different locations based on stock availability. Delivery timeframes vary; choose express for 1-3 business days or standard for 2-8 business days. Standard shipping is free for orders over $50.


Q2. Can I change my shipping address?

Certainly! If your order hasn't shipped, contact us with your new details. If shipped, redirect it via the tracking link on your shipping confirmation email. Note: We can't retrieve orders delivered to an incorrect address, so double-check at checkout.


Q3. Help! My order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?

Courier delays happen; if not delivered within 20 days, contact us for an investigation. Please note: investigation outcomes vary, but we're committed to a timely resolution.


Q4. What is your return policy?

Enjoy free returns within 30 days of delivery. Some items aren't returnable, as noted on product pages or at checkout. Ensure items are initiated for return, in original packaging, 'as new', and provide a pre-shipping photo. Refunds for bundles are calculated based on current sale prices.
